Our Data Protection Officer (DPO) is Alison Winning. The DPO is independent and an expert in data protection. The DPO is our point of contact with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
The Data Protection Act 2018 requires organisations to register a notification with the Information Commissioner’s Office. This notification describes the purposes for which they process personal and sensitive information. We are registered as the data controller.
