Summary
The Annual Delivery Plan (ADP) sets out our operational priorities and key actions. It provides shared understanding between us and the Scottish Government on our deliverables.
The ADP aligns with the next phase of the Scottish Government’s Remobilisation,Recovery & Redesign work. The focus is on ‘recovery and renewal’. To support this, Scottish Government developed 10 national recovery drivers. These span the work of NHS Scotland.
In line with guidance from the Scottish Government we developed the following:
- ADP1: a narrative document. This focuses on our contribution to the Scottish Government’s recovery drivers. It includes information on finance and sustainability and workforce.
- ADP2: a spreadsheet setting out our work programme deliverables. We will use this to for quarterly progress reporting to Scottish Government
