Summary

Excellence in Care have developed a quality of care review guidance. We developed this jointly with:

• Scottish Acute Nurse Leaders (SANL)
• health board representatives

It provides a “Once for Scotland” approach to quality of care reviews and care assurance visits.

These appendices support the quality of care review guidance. Some appendices are not fully accessible. The templates are editable documents and you can print them if required.
