We have moved the Scottish Approach to Change resource to our corporate website. This makes it easier for health and social care professionals to access this information.

Previously hosted on our Community Engagement website, the Scottish Approach to Change resource supports the health and care system to do change well. It brings together different change methods into a single approach and translates theory into a practical tool.
