Summary
We carried out an unannounced inspection to St. Vincent’s Hospice on Monday 12 and Tuesday 13 August 2024. We spoke with a number of staff, patients and carers during the inspection. We received feedback form 50 staff members through an online survey we had asked the hospice to issue during the inspection.
Based in Johnstone, St. Vincent’s Hospice is an independent hospital (a hospice providing palliative/end of life care).
Our findings
The inspection resulted in one requirement and four recommendations.
